How to buy at our store?

Select the product that you want to purchase browsing through the categories and subcategories menus. Click on the product you are interested to see information and details as pictures, description, contents, etc. To purchase a product, click the ADD TO CART button. After that you can continue shopping or go to the CART to proceed with the order. If you want to purchase more than one product at simply repeat the process until you add all desired products to the CART. To proceed with your order, go to the CART and click on CONFIRM. In order to check out the order you will be prompted to register or identify (if you are already registered). Once registered or identified, check the products in the CART and verify shipment address then click the CHECKOUT ORDER button. Once shipment address, facture address and payment method are selected, you will see a purchase summary. You will receive a confirmation mail with the purchase summary.

Payment, preparation and shipment

  • If you select bank transfer as payment method, we will provide you with our account number to proceed with the payment. We recommend to send a proof of payment to this email :
  • If you select to pay with a credit card you can use the secure gateway of our bank.
  • Paypal Payment is disabled from the interface but still possible. Just choose bank transfer as method and send the money as friend to friend in Paypal to our address: 

The purchased products will be send once payment is confirmed.

Note regarding Paypal : Paypal fee is 5% for Goods and Services payments. Big sales companies can afford it or have special treatment by Paypal, but small businesses like us, cannot. We will not refuse payment if you chose the G&S option, and we don't like to overcharge the paypal payment method as others do. Instead, we kindly ask to pay with the FF option and we offer the very same protection to the buyer that Paypal does.


Spain & Portugal.

We offer 2 parcel options. Standard delivery (less than 3 days and delivered at your door)  and Pick-Up Delivery (3 to 5 working days and pick-up at desk near you). Orders over 60€ and under 10 kg are free at this destinations, or have a flat rate of 4€ for Standard Delivery.

For costumers from Canary Island, we do ship by Correos, up to 2 kg parcel for 10 euros, or prepaid box of 18 euros. In any case, ask us before purchasing, we will calculate the best option.

France, Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.

Shipment is free to France, Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg on orders over 150€ and under 10 kg.

For parcels over 10 kg we offer a significant discount on the shipping fee. If you have any doubt, please, contact us before purchasing!

Europe Zone 2, 3, 4 and 5.

We share the shipping cost with you on orders over 2 kg of weight by capping the shipment prices depending on your destination country. 

Zone 2 countries are Austria, Germany and Italy.

Zone 3 countries are Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia.

Zone 4 countries are Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Ireland.

Zone 5 countries are Denmark, Finland and Sweden.

United Kingdom.

Shipments to the UK are subject to customs and may experience delays or have an overprice on destination, out of our control.

Other countries.

We do ship Snafu Small Battles and Snafu Pocket Battles games worldwide. Our shipping enveloppe can contain up to 4 games, If more are ordered they will be splitted in 2 shipments.

For other products (including Molt Soroll per un Rei), we are open to business with other countries but we will ask you to contact us before purchasing.

We use several parcel companies and the one we will use in your shipment can vary according to weight and actual prices. We will contact you always before shipping to inform you.

What Shipments do qualify for free shipment?

Shipments to Spain and Portugal over 60 euros and shipments to France, Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg over 150 €. We do share the cost of shipping for other destinations but as costs raise fast, free shipping is not possible!

My order can only be "Picked-up at the local store"!

If no shipment is possible the website will always allow for local pick-up at local store. This is not free shipping, is exactly what it means : we expect you to come and pick the game at the store!

Do shipment have a tracking number?

All orders have a tracking number EXCEPT Spain and Portugal Standard Delivery that is so fast that It does not need Tracking!

Once sent, we will provide a tracking number (with a link to the courier company) so you can see the shipment status.

If the purchased product is not available (we try to avoid this situation but sometimes may happen), will contact you and give an estimate of availability or offer a refund. will not be responsible for any delay in shipment caused by the courier company or other circumstantial causes.

Return of products

Devolutions in the exercise of the right to withdraw from the purchase

All products purchased at can be refunded if the buyer asks for in the following 7 working days from the delivery date and that the rest of the conditions established in this section are fulfilled. will only accept devolutions that fulfill the following conditions:

  • A copy of the delivery note must be included in the package, with the returned products marked on the list and accompanied with a small note with the reason for the return. will examine the product and determine if you have has right to refund.
  • You will be refunded for the product but no for the delivery costs. The devolution must be done as soon as possible, and always in the 30 days following the date you communicated the withdraw from the purchase. The refund will be made to the same credit card used to pay for the purchase, by bank transfer to an account number where the owner of the same is the person who made the purchase, or through a discount bonus for to a future purchase in

Devolution of defective products

If the buyer considers that the product does not match the standards of the purchase, he must contact at the mail, providing us with the product data and the detected damage. will contact you and inform you of the procedure for returning the product if it applies. If the product has to be returned, use the original package if possible, and include any documentation sent to you. Once receives the product, we will examine and we will communicate in a reasonable period a solution (devolution, refund, restitution). will execute the solution in a maximum time of 30 days after the confirmation of the solution.

In the event that the item cannot be replaced, the amounts paid for items returned due to a tare or defect, when it actually exists, will be reimbursed in full, including delivery costs and costs in what did you incur when returning to us. Returns and partial cancellations will result in partial refunds of the total amount paid for the entire order. The transport costs will not be returned if the return is partial. Products conditions

By default all our products are new in shrink, directly from providers to our shelves. Some products have the "condition" attribute in the description :

- "New" : the product is new and has never been used. Only the shrink has been removed, but all components are in his original state.

- "New - Box Damaged" : the product is new in shrink but the box presents some minor damage due to storage or transport accidents (it happens!)

- "Like New - Punched" : the product has been punched but it presents no wear. Probably has never been played.

- "Used - Unpunched" : the product has not been punched but has some tear and wear due to Time. Is just an old new game.

- "Used - Punched" : the product has been punched and played. Alas, it's complete and undamaged, of course!
